Capcha wird nicht angezeigt

Ich verwende das Thema Feed Engine für eine Frage und Antworten Website. Ich habe ein Problem, dass es nicht den Captha anzeigt (siehe hier ). Ich wäre sehr dankbar, wenn mir jemand helfen könnte. Danke im Voraus.
